Your individual ceremony will take about an hour.
Everyone will hold space for the journeyer when it is not our time to commune with the sacred sacrament.
We will share vegan food after everyone has sat with the sacrament and briefly share our experiences.
Pre-ceremony preparation and post-ceremony integration is included.

Within a week, we will come together again to share in a deeper integration circle.
 
We are trained, experienced, and certified in many healing, coaching, facilitation, sacred medicine, and consciousness modalities. We honor sacred medicines as helping us get in touch with the deepest parts of ourselves so we can live healthier, more loving, more joyful, thriving lives.

We offer continued support in integration and holistic life, spiritual, wellness, career, relationship, and sexuality coaching. We also offer integrated energy work and other psychospiritual-somatic practices to help you thrive.  

Arrival time is 10 am.
Ceremony begins at 11 am.
End time depends on number of participants.
